The pool was a nice spot to chill, but the AC kept dripping water.

The property has a beautiful mango tree providing shade.
During my stay, I faced several inconveniences. The air conditioning was continuously dripping, causing a wet floor each morning that made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool was not properly cleaned, making it unusable. I found the electricity outlets to be unreliable, with only a couple working, further frustrating my experience.

Electricity outlets barely function!!! Pool cleanliness needs attention!!! Taxi rides to get anywhere are a complete rip-off!!! , menu options severely lacking!!! Air conditioning leaks constantly, leaving wet floors every morning!!!

how lovely to stay in a place where only two electricity sockets were working. I almost enjoyed waking up to a dripping AC and puddles on the floor, absolutley delightful! a special welcome gift would have been nice, but I guess they forgot I existed. so unimpressed, yet I couldn't give a glowing review!

The property offered a stunning mango tree and exceptional breakfast with a three-course meal every morning. However, power issues affected some rooms, and the pool's cleanliness left much to be desired. Overall, the welcoming staff made up for many shortcomings during the visit.

Not worth it for families
The staff, they really went outta their way to help us, especially when we were struggling with the room situation. One day while just hanging at breakfast, a staff member offered us some homemade local pastries, a nice touch.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know, we had to manage.

Great service but needs work
So, we stayed a week and had some ups and downs. The staff were super friendly, and they seriously went out of their way to help us, especially with our breakfast orders. Just beware, the room we got had some power issues and the pool definitely needed a good cleaning. A bit frustrating at times!

The three-course breakfasts were a highlight, featuring a delightful selection every morning that made each day enjoyable. The armed security provided a reassuring presence, enhancing the overall sense of safety during my trip. However, there were some concerns. the cleanliness of the pool could have been improved, and I faced intermittent power issues in the room which were quite inconvenient. Some of the dining options seemed limited, which detracted slightly from the experience.

It was just a perfect match for a brief visit in Cap-Haitien with decent value for money. The staff was friendly and helped me find great local food spots. Be ready for the mosquitoes at night. keep your doors closed.
